SpecialCare would like to submit a proposal for the introduction and administration of a specialty service at your facility.

Our proposal will include a detail of service, cost and revenue estimates, as well as an agreement that will specify the exact details of our typical working relationship.

Our Proposal:

The hospital will sign an Agreement with SpecialCare, and SpecialCare will implement, manage, and coordinate a public information campaign for the selected service in the hospital’s community. SpecialCare will provide on-site personnel, corporate administration systems, reporting systems, suggested medical protocols, nursing education, community awareness materials, and support activities to assure a continuum of care while assisting the hospital in achieving the established goals of the selected service.

The Hospital will provide the licensed patient beds, physician coverage, 24 hour nursing care, admitting and discharge, billing and collections, and all other available Hospital services to the patients.

The Hospital will bill, collect, and retain all patient revenue, less expenses. SpecialCare will receive a pre negotiated monthly administrative fee for the management of this service.
